The American Trakehner Foundation offers an educational trip for two persons to Neumunster, Germany, for the Trakehner Verband's Stallion Approvals and Trakehner Horse Auction October, 2019. Included are tickets to all the events, $2,000 roundtrip airfare allowance from a major North American departure city, car rental allowance of $500, and lodging allowance of $500 (4 nights at a hotel in or near Neumunster, Germany, and 1 night at a hotel in the flight destination city of Hamburg, Germany). All amounts are in US dollars. At least one of the recipients must be 18 years or older. Recipients must have valid travel documents (US or other passport). If one of the recipients is a minor, he or she must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. This trip will be awarded if a minimum number of tickets are purchased. There is no maximum number of tickets that may be sold. Odds of winning are determined by the number of tickets sold. The price of each raffle ticket is fifty US dollars ($50). Multiple tickets may be purchased.

Tickets to win the October 2019 trip may be purchased online. Drawing of the winning ticket will take place after the show jumping phase at the Kentucky 3 Day Event in Lexington in April 2019.
