Kristin Meyer has been successfully competing in both Hunter Classes and Equitation Classes on Rock Star (Rocky Road) and has received two grants from the ATF to train and qualify for the National Maclay Equitation finals (Emerging Athletes Program) as well as participate in the Jr Hunter Finals at HITS in Saugerties, NY
At the start of the 2013 season, Kristina and Rocky started in the 3’6” Junior Hunter Division and qualified for the finals in their first weekend for the East Coast Junior Hunter Finals by being Grand Champion. She also had 2nd place finishes in both the Medal and Maclay classes.
Kristina has recently been sponsored as a Junior rider by PJ Saddles. Saddlemaker Pierre Jolicoeur sponsors up and coming Junior Riders with the use of his quality tack.
The ATF is pleased to be supporting Kristina and Rocky in a discipline where there are few Trakehners competing. We feel that she will be a wonderful ambassador for the breed.
