Receiving ATF grants in 2019 and 2020, David and Lord Locksley are vying for a spot on the USET’s para-athlete team for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. The grants helped to fund coaching and entry expenses for qualifying competitions. David is a Grade 1 para-athlete who has scored in the upper 60’s to 70’s in the past year, having recently attained his highest score to date of 73% under the lights for the first time at the Wellington, FL CPEDI3* Global Dressage Festival in January 2020.
